1 Definitions & Scope

In these terms, "jh999", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the jh999 website and all its associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who is registered on our platform or who uses our services.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jh999 platform and its users. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. These documents complement each other and should be read together.

2 Account Registration & Accuracy of Information

To create an account at jh999, users must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal information. If information provided at registration is later found to be false or misleading, we reserve the right to close the account immediately.

One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name, the same email address, the same phone number, or within the same household is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and any stored balance may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

The user will be held responsible for any unauthorized access to the account or any suspicious activity that occurs as a result of their own negligence.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

At any point during registration, we may request an identity document or other supporting proof for age verification. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

Additionally, to be eligible to use the platform, users must be gaming in their own name and with their own funds. Operating on behalf of a third party or managing someone else's account is not permitted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

For depositing funds at jh999, we currently accept bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds must be deposited only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name — deposits from another person's account are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account number used for the deposit. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any portion subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement on a bonus cannot be withdrawn.
• If any unusual activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.
• In the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, the account and funds may remain on hold until a full investigation is completed.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members at jh999 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives a bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced.
• jh999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings derived from it if misuse is detected.
• VIP program benefits are determined separately and may change based on the user's activity.
• jh999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the jh999 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are available in the game interface.

Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• jh999 is not liable for losses caused by system errors, disconnections, or any other technical issues.

Sports Betting

General terms apply to markets in the sports betting section. Bets will be settled after the event result is officially confirmed. In the event of any dispute, jh999's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jh999 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using any software, bots, scripts, or other automated methods.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs and using such information without disclosure.
• Collusive cheating or gaining unfair advantage in coordination with other players.
• Any conduct that damages the platform's reputation or harms other users.
• Operating an account using a fake identity, false information, or stolen personal details.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, we may immediately close the account and cancel all deposited funds and winnings.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jh999's Authority

jh999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
• Use of a false identity or fake information.
• Identification of an underage user.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Closure at User's Request

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before closure.

9 Limitation of Liability

The jh999 platform strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Issues caused by internet disconnection or server outages.
• Failure or delays by third-party payment gateways.
• Financial losses caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Unforeseen technical events or force majeure circumstances.

jh999 will never be liable beyond the total amount you have deposited. We are not responsible for any expected earnings from gaming that are not realized.
